I live in the state of Georgia and I am getting ready to file a stress claim against my employer due to my livelihood being affected by the amount of work I am expected to do without any assistance! I work in HR and I’m responsible for almost 300 employees singlehandedly. I take care of everything from worker’s comp, benefits, orientation, employee relations, billing, EVERYTHING. Because we also have employees that are out of state, I feel like I’m being pulled in a thousand different directions. I recently received my evaluation which turned out to be all derogatory. I received my eval in my chair and I am a HR Professional working for an attorney. I have been nauseaus and feeling depressed about going to work. I do EVERYTHING here and for the level of responsibility I have and the number of people I have to make sure I’m taking care of I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. I am overwhelmed. How do I start my claim and how do I make all my points clear?
