I just had an interview. I was called back for a second interview and they want me to bring in names and numbers of two professional references. I have three former supervisors who I know will give me a good reference, however, I haven’t kept in touch two of them. The one that I do speak to occassionally, I am having a hard time getting in touch with her. Can I use the Human Resource Department of a couple of my former jobs as a reference?

my main experience is in customer service and clerical work but i’m not employed right now and have expressed interest in working in human resources since i’ve noticed that it’s high in demand when conducting my job search. The problem is that I have no experience in that department and no one will hire you unless you have the experience or the training/education.
