It all depends on industry, company, geographic location etc. Some companies pay all HR interns the same and others use a formula based on previous internships, GPA, extra curricular activities etc. Things like these are unique to an individual and can distinguish from someone getting paid more than you when they have a lower GPA and no other internship or experience.
