You should be able to report issues to HR without fear of retribution. You shuld also be able to be anonymous when you do this.  If this is not the case, if reporting something to HR gets you fired, that is considered a hostile work environment, and harrassement laws were put in place to protect you from this. If you can&#039;tm trust HR, I think you need to get a lawyer, because you work in a hostile work environment and this is ILLEGAL.</description>
