What is better: using HR block online or just sending in the forms?

If I file through HR Block and do the standard processing time direct deposit will the IRS have my info?

When you file through HR Block if you do not choose the RAL and wait for the normal processing time, (2-3 weeks e-file) does the IRS have my correct direct deposit info? The reason why I am asking is we are between 00-20 and have not recieved our direct deposit yet, almost everyone else we know has recieved their check already;(
