I work in a satelite office in Chicago and our Corporate office is in CA. There are only 3 of us here in the Chicago office. What are some qualities I should look for being in a remote office?
Also, our last HR person totally ignored our office and was very hard to reach. That is going to be something I want to bring up. Any other ideas? Thanks.
