Auburn Hills, MI (PRWEB) July 22, 2008 -- Dialogue Marketing (http://www.dialogue-marketing.com) has just announced that it will provide health insurance benefit handling to thousands of Fortune 500 employees that will necessitate the employment of over 75 inbound health care advisors. These advisors will field incoming calls to help employees and retirees transition out of group health care plans and into individualized, defined-contribution programs.

Dialogue Marketing will train, license and employ approximately 75 full time employees as inbound health care advisors over the next several weeks. In addition to providing a valuable resource to thousands of employees, this effort will enable Dialogue Marketing to create new job opportunities in the Greater Detroit area.

Dialogue Marketing's employee recruitment efforts will include an Internet site (www.DialogueHealth.com), a call-in number (1-800-468-8484) and a number of onsite career days (information at www.Dialogue-Marketing.com). The training program will allow the new employees to develop new, relevant, and marketable skills amidst an economy with rising unemployment rates. The trainees also will earn a certified health insurance license, with certification registration across 48 states, as part of the program.

"We are delighted to expand our inbound call services to create exciting new job opportunities within the immediate community," noted Brian Poelman, Vice President of Business Solutions at Dialogue Marketing. "As the health of our economy becomes increasingly uncertain, Dialogue Marketing is committed to training these new employees in new skills that will be relevant and useful to the expansive health care industry. Moreover, as evidence of our commitment, the training program and resulting certification will not require any investments or educational fees from the employees," he added.
